We believe that providing healthcare to our patients is an essential service and we will do everything we can to ensure the needs of our patients are met. We hope you can rest assured to know that we will remain open as long as possible to the best of our control.

Due to a the new confirmed case of Covid 19 in the Caloundra and Baringa area we have have to make some changes to our current Covid 19 protocol.

What does this mean for clients?

All clients will be asked if they have been in the listed hot spots. If the answer is yes, we will still see your pet, but we will ask you to ring us from the car park 54455288 and one of our team will come and collect your pet for examination while you wait in the car.

If you are unwell or have flu like symptoms please notify us of this via phone and we will follow the above process.

All other clients coming into the clinic will be required to use the hand sanitiser provided.

We ask that only one person accompanies a pet into the consult room.

If a staff member becomes unwell, we will close and quarantine for the recommended period of time.

This is rapidly evolving situation, and we will do our best to give you the most notice possible. We are currently allowed to remain open as we are considered an essential service at this time, however in the event that the government enforces our closure, clients will be notified.

Please be patient and kind to all, we are all in this together and will get through this.

If you have any questions, queries or concerns please call at any time for a chat and again

we thank you for your continued support. We will update you with current changes.
