With over 17 years of experience, Tam brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as a Senior Veterinary Nurse. Her extensive background in veterinary nursing makes her a trusted mentor to colleagues and a steady, skilled presence in all areas of the clinic.
Tam plays a key role in the management of in-house diagnostics, including the clinic’s IDEXX laboratory equipment. Her proficiency with diagnostic systems ensures fast, accurate results and contributes to the highest standard of patient care.
Known for her reliability, technical skill, and team-first attitude, Tam is dedicated to supporting both her patients and her colleagues every step of the way.

With over 10 years of experience, Carissa brings a wealth of knowledge and confidence to her role as a Senior Veterinary Nurse. She is passionate about leadership and mentoring, where she supports the growth and development of fellow nurses and staff.
Known for her approachable nature and dedication to patient care, Carissa combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion for animals and their owners.
Outside of work, she finds joy in gardening, renovating her family home, and exploring the great outdoors. Her favorite moments are those spent at the beach with her family, soaking in the sun, sea, and quality time together.

Jasmyne Case

Jasmyne is a dedicated Veterinary Nurse whose passion for animal care extends beyond walls of our clinic and into the wild. With a special interest in wildlife nursing, Jasmyne is studying Bachelor of Animal Ecology and brings a unique perspective and a broad knowledge base to her role—caring for everything from beloved family pets to native species in need.
In the clinic, Jasmyne is instrumental in keeping things running smoothly. She oversees hospital inventory management, her organizational skills and attention to detail support both patient safety and staff efficiency.
Jasmyne combines compassion, precision, and a genuine love for all creatures—making her an invaluable part of the team. When she is not at the clinic you can will find her volunteering her time at local wildlife rescues, or surfing. She also loves animal watching and photography.

Finlay Bickel
Veterinary Nurse
Finlay is a skilled and dedicated Veterinary Nurse with a passion for surgical care. Working primarily in the theatre, she plays a vital role in preparing patients, assisting during procedures, and ensuring smooth recoveries. Her attention to detail and calm demeanor make her an invaluable part of the surgical team, especially during complex cases.
Finlay is committed to providing the highest standard of care to every patient, treating each animal as if they were her own.
When she’s not in scrubs, Finlay enjoys camping, cooking, exploring while four-wheel driving and spending time with her partner and her many pets; including guinea pigs, cockatiels, Spooky the cat, and shrimp.

Jayah Gordon
Senior Veterinary Nurse
Jayah has been a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Nurse since 2015, bringing years of experience and a calm, confident presence to every patient interaction. She has a special interest in surgical and dental procedures, where her precision and dedication shine. Whether assisting in the operating theatre or supporting patients during dental procedure, she is committed to delivering the highest standard of veterinary nursing.
Driven by a deep love for animals, Jayah has a soft spot for senior pets—many of whom she has welcomed into her own home through adoption. Her gentle approach and genuine care make her especially attuned to the needs of older and more vulnerable animals.
Outside the clinic, Jayah expresses her creativity through art and mosaic-making.
